Borg Creation Help

Hi, first and foremost, sorry if this post violates a rule I missed somewhere.

I'm in the middle of rolling up a mining borg for my current gaming session. However, this is my first borg and I don't have a clue where to find half the stats. I understand you roll the 3 "brain" attributes (ma, me, and iq) as normal and that pp, ps and spd come with the package in some form but I can't find any info on my pe and pb. Any help would be awesome.

Roll all attributes as normal. Substitute them as you acquire new cyborg toys.

You don't have a PE or hit points as a full conversion Borg. As for your PB. I don't remember the stat but there are set ones for full conversion Borgs with some cybernetics that can increase it. IE Skin like over lays and facial features.
