Is there any printed way to redirect where a Rift would go to?

In the game I am currently playing in the minion war has started, with hundreds of enormous Rifts popping up all over the world. I was trying to figure out what to do about that when I started reading the Aftermath book I had borrowed from a friend and got to the Xiticix section of the book. I'm wondering if maybe the best way to deal with both problems is to find some way to divert all the incoming demon portals into the Xiticix hives. I just need to figure out how.

If you look @ the question that was asked you might note the words "any printed". To me that means what it says, which would include any and every book PB ever printed. [Spppt, this includes the rifters too.]
