Dark Conversions, Psyscape and Juicer Uprising all have lots cool art. Any book with Ramon Perez's art is usually pretty good.

Thirded, Perez is by far the best artist they have ever had.

New West.

I'd love to see Perez do a full-blown New West comic. Mechanations of Doom is close, but not quite there.

Anything by Long or Gustovich.

I liked the Line Walkers from the original books. Most people don't realize the runes on their skirt ribbon actually say things. One says "Walk with me" another says "Lobotomize me".

I looked at later renditions of the line walkers and the artist just made the runes be gibberish.

I honestly don't care for most of Ramon Perez's work.

I prefer anything done by Scott Johnson, Freddie Williams, Michael Wilson and Chuck Walton.

Post and Perez were always my personal picks. On the technique front Post was probably the best black and white artist Palladium ever hired, and he excelled at dark, broody pics and terrible nasty monsters (which made him a natural for Nightbane in particular). Perez was also one of their better artists, and he knew how to make a pic ooze sensuality or excitement or fun if the situation demanded it.

Kevin Long probably remains the best technical artist they ever picked up, and when he was firing on all cylinders his robots and hardware tended to be iconic game-defining stuff for Rifts. He wasn't consistently excellent, but that seems to have been more due to the fact that sometimes he just didn't seem to be making a real effort rather than any lack of talent.

I always thought New West had some pretty great art. My favorite'd have to be the Gunslinger on page 92. Awesome piece of badassery right there.

RUE had some pretty good artwork too, though.

Anything Charles Walton has current my vote. Rifter 50 cover is instant classic.
