Abtex, yes I've read (and laughed at)the first page ones, I've been keeping track of this thread for a bit now. I keep hoping Abe will throw some stats on it. For some unknown reason it has really piqued my interest.
Thankya kindly for the info on pimp my guns. I am going to have to check that out. I have been wanting to find a way to come up with illustrations for a number of the weapons in the books that are represented by stats, but no pic, hopefully this will do the trick. I do not have any background in such things, other than a manual (pencil, paper, and tools) drafting class last quarter (CAD is this coming quarter), so it will be a learning experience . If I come up with anything that I am satisfied with I will be sure to post them for the consumption of the masses.

The different between migration and delivery is you get paid for doing several times at year and get laid eggs once a year with the other. Transport just gives you some to do and pay while waiting for the other to happen next year. and

Duck armor should be sonar invisible (it's a stretch but there's an old wives tale about a duck's quack doesn't echo) Also if standing straight up gets a bonus to dodge (I'll let you all think about that one) Goose armor should have a bonus to grab.

Interesting thing when Mythbusters tackled that one, turns out that a duck's quack has pretty much the same sound pattern as an echo. Which makes it damn near impossible for humans to tell the echo apart from the actual quack. They barely managed to note the separate waveform with digital sound analysis gear, but it can echo, we just aren't equipped to tell the difference.
If we're resurrecting this topic, we can't forget to now include Biomancy Bio-Armor, Duck Style. Maybe something a bit like the Birdman Armor.. or perhaps go a bit more extreme..

If you give this armor a deep dive capability, yeah...the life support can be jiggered to supply the wearer with a helium-breather mix(that's why deep divers get the classic 'Donald' voice; the helium partially freezes their vocal cords).
You sure it's not because helium rushes out faster when you speak, giving you a higher pitched voice?
And if... somone whipped out a mini gun. We run and hide. lol.
Now.. some guys won't... and you can say nice things at their funeral. Half damage from plasma. Plasma is sort of a pseudo super napalm, and therefore is sort of a pseudo liquid, right? It might seem silly, but if it works it isn't silly, so I would second the recommendation of a Quack of Doom! (TM) Basically some sort of heavily amplified cone burst sound effect with a modest range. Not necessarily even an MDC damaging one, but something to confuse and startle armored infantry forces, and maybe stun unarmored and low end supernatural foes.
Lastly, Winged Flight...which is basically more like a really steep, but essentially silent glide in. this can be used as a drop down power attack of sorts, or simply to self deploy form a transport several miles distant and at higher altitudes, paratrooper like. After the landing, the wings can serve a different purpose. Perhaps they can be snap deployed to serve as additional armor. Perhaps they have vibro feather like projections, or if TW in origin (which as a sort to Totem Power suit sort of makes more sense) they could be magical enchanted to serve as power strikes.
Hmm...this is a stretch, but suppose some of the feathers are either: A) Missiles or a sort, or perhaps edged weapons that don't a lot individually, but are like getting hit by 2 to 12 Vibro Sabers (take...2D4x2D6 damage!!!) If this is magical, maybe they grow back over time by themselves? If these are technical, then they have to be replaced by the user. Also, it "real" missiles are used, then they would be weakish due to their visual design, not readily available, and somewhat limited in volley size for balance. Call it like half damage, range and area of effect compared to mini missiles, twice the cost, low availability, and a maximum volley of like 6 or maybe 8 (Flying Titan can do 12, but I would avoid going up that far). The advantage of this would be that the armor would carry a truly stunning number of these things, like a couple dozen or so.
B) Take a page out of Gundam, and make them Bits, automated attack drones with limited guns inside of them. Say range 500' and 1D6 or 2D4 damage each. Two options here too. First, they simply fly around and get "free" attacks and avoid incoming assaults, so treat them exactly like Smart Missiles, +5 to hit, +4 to damage, 2 attacks. Second, they can be used as a counter autododge weapon system. They add a modest amount of damage, reflecting that some always connect with teh main armors attack, and negate the target's ability to autododge, since there are literally 7-8 (thinking compact lasers on the arms of the duck armor itself here) weapons firing in a coordinated pattern to counter highly agile opponents attempting to evade, like that Northern Gun anti-juicer Power Armor from the Juicer Uprising book.
the feathers COULD be mini-missles themselves(see arch-angel of the x-men for details,but not self regerating.
maybe for the scrooge mcduck version you could have a metal detector attachment (you know for detecting those ancient berried coins & such) maybe in the form of spats or a top hat(for detecting falling metal objects) giving the user of said armor attachments a 3-6 round early warning system?
Okay I can offer some serious ideas... The webbed feet idea is kind of good. But need to retractable. so you can walk normally and perhaps have an option of some sort water walking to help get airborne from water or run along the surface of water. Those webbed feat might work on snow as well for an arctic version of the armor.
Blades and incendiary feathers a must...light and they blend in. another option I think Taalisman has already is reactive armor feathers. Could have the feathers explode or fire off pulses of force to counter incoming attacks partially.
