Forget it Juce, Rappanui has shown how antagonistic he is towards any rule that differs from the first printing of the first rulebook, so we need to stop feeding the Troll.

And what is it you are declaring as the criteria for calling a house rule?

Are you saying anything outside the rule book and Errata of your selection is a house rule, regardless of other books it may appear in?

Just off the top of my head, There was a Leyline modifier for psionics of +1d6, 2d6.. This is actually not stated anywhere, And it only shows up in the description of Burster powers. It's not reiterated anywere else.
There were other such modifiers in each table that are Just plain old house rules, with no pages to back them up.

I have read the document, and I have read multiple books, every rule is backed up by what I have read. Your insistence that it is not in the books, but rather are house rules, combined with you inability to provide any specific examples leads me to believe your claims are inaccurate mistakes at best, and I will not state what they are at worst.

As to your (multiple) assertions that the power increase on or near Ley Lines and Nexus Points are house rules and not stated anywhere, might I direct you to page 366 of the RUE. Second Column, item #5, near the bottom, entitled 'I.S.P. boost at ley lines', where it details drawing ISP from ley lines, and an increase in the potency of psychic powers both near and on ley lines or nexus points.

These are official rules, clearly stated, and not 'house-rules'.
As an FYI, there is similar text under the Mind Melter in the RUE and several classes in Psyscape, not just the Burster.

So as you can see, there are pages to back them up, and they are not, as you have stated multiple times, 'plain old house rules'.

I was going to answer this especific example, but you already do it. Thanks for the clarification.

What it is in the GM shield is a mix between RBM and RUE where the last didn't covered that specific rule, such as those from leaping (IIRC).

its not super important but in the bottom left corner where it has the perception check stuff there is some spelling errors.
I know im not the one that should be bringing spelling errors up but yeah loudy is not a word and supernatrual and scientific are wrong in there. at least in english version it is.
