What happens next?
I'm running a power campaign where my players come into rifts earth to pursue a villain in the year 100 PA and basically nothing is sacred continuity wise. They just did their first major timeline alternating event. They helped Sir Anthony and Lupe destroy the Vampire Intelligence at Rio Bec instead of being forced to retreat. What implications should I consider now that all the vampires in Milta and other places have ceased to unlive? What are the other intelligences going to do?

Power vacuum. The other VIs will rush to try and take over the empty void. All out vampire on vampire warfare erupts causing in Central America, allowing South America (Columbia specifically) to not have to worry about fighting off the southern incursion from them.
Columbia builds up a bit more military than normal and starts to take out the Silver Republic states and gobble them into its ever growing Columbia Empire!

The only Kingdom V.I. to notice quickly would be the Mexico kingdom due to the trading it does with Milta and the fact it's cities form a buffer between Milta and the rest of the northern kingdoms, It would act fast to get the 'food' and petroleum resources it needs.
The south american kingdom doesn't really have a reason to know it even happened, due to the fact how are they crossing over the ocean span between central and south america in the first place, much less organize a force to send across to take over the kingdom.

Floopers invade. They're so annoying that the humans are nostalgic for vampire rule. Hillarity ensues.

Vampire Floopers invade. The hilarity becomes choked and exsanguinated.

And the Turning of a Page"
