The only changes would be to the damages any psionics do.

Far as I know there there is not Rifts NG class. Only those from BTS1&2 and the one in NB:Between the Shadows.

What does "12 ss" mean?
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.

Greetings and Salutations. I'm guessing that it's the BtS2 NG, and it's 62 skills (from skill programs and such), with an extra 12 secondary skills (ss). So 74 skills total. I don't know the Natural Genius well enough to comment beyond that, but I feel confident (though still only guessing) ss means secondary skills. Farewell and safe journeys.

If you are saying that you don't think chars should get that many skills @1L then you should go with the NB:BTS Nat. G., the BTS2 Nat.G. they both are not made via the Education roll skills system that BTS 1 and HU uses.

Per CB1, the standard conversion for all genius-style characters (i.e. the BTS & Nightbane Genius/Natural, HU Hardware, and N&S Gizmoteer) seems to be:

* Receives none of the penalties that apply to "average 20th-century characters."
* Receives one (1) new skill from each available skill category
* Receives a handful of additional skills from specific categories (e.g. languages for the BTS Genius; piloting, W.P., and rogue for Hardware and Gizmoteers)

Mental Disciplines would not require any conversion (Healing Trance and Pain Tolerance could possibly be considered "mystical" powers that convert to M.D.C., but I don't personally agree with this), so other than the modifications above, the character would be exactly the same as in PU2.
There you go man, keep as cool as you can.

them to believe that you perceive the web they weave
and keep on thinking free.
