Does any book have a weather control power?
The only power close to that that I can find is Control Elemental Force: Air, and I'm not at all impressed with it. Is there a superior alternative in another book? Thanks.

The only other power I can think of that may even come close is Rainmaker.

CEF:AIR main book, Rainmaker, and Drought, from PU3, and Weather Control from the rifter som ething or other(which I wasn't impressed with but whatever).
COmbining the first two would be a good option.
Depending on what feel you want, then add in a minor Flight power or a Conduct Lighting, EE:freezing mist or what have you.

Damn ICE/BCP/BorderPatrol! Damn everyone who won’t damn ICE/BCP/Border Patrol!! Damn everyone that won’t put lights in his windows and sit up all night damning CE/BCP/BorderPatrol!!!
If you support ICE/BCP/BorderPatrol at this point, you would have called the Gestapo on the people surreptitiously moving into your neighbor's attic and huffed that you were only following the law.

Outside what was already mentioned.....
There are weather controlling spells through out the PB game books.
And the Stormbringer Talent for NS/NB in those MB.

I like combining Rainmaker with EE Cold. Instant snowstorm, even indoors!

If we can mention Nightbane then I may as well mention there's a Deific Power in Dragons and Gods which allows it.
There's no body investment so it'd actually be a very common way for gods to intervene.
