Chaos Earth Super-Soldiers
Where are the Juicers and Crazies and other "super-soldiers" that supposedly existed in the Golden Age, before the Apocalypse (this assumes there is no HUII crossover: strictly Rfits/Chaos Earth) ?

Not to say that the characters won't run into any of those guys....
I would tend to agree with this.
Wasn't the Julian the first jucier guy in the novels European?

I plan on making bionic conversion a more prominent option. In the Bionics Sourcebook they really romanticize man's willingness to bond with machine. I think that opens up several avenues for special types of cyborg units.
Are you considering anything special with regards to Juicers and Crazies Sentinel? Maybe a juicer with a bit more longevity or something?
I didn't have a specific idea in mind: but I did want to see an alternative to using HUII characters, before making any final determinations.
The text of Rifts makes it seem like there should be many more augmented humans of several types (to tell the truth it almost sounds like a comic book world. But, that would be impossible, because HUII is an alternate world from Rifts...).
Longer-lived Juicers would be nice, maybe a variation or two on the crazies: Something that makes the time right before the Chaos in the Earth comes to pass seem like a Golden Age of Human Augmentation and technology.

Possibly, though for some reason I keep thinking South American.
