Techo-Wizard activation actions

So wondering how long you guys think it takes activate techno-wizard devices. I Look quickly at rue didn't seem to say anything. I always done like spells the emulate so playing rue rules if spell level 8 would take two actions.

Examples:
Armor with Armor of Ithan on it take one action to activate
Armor with Invincible armor would take two actions take two actions to activate.

Something with unknown like battle fury blade still did in one action?

I always ruled it as taking one action unless it says otherwise.

We always play it as one action. Since it's "activate" item.

I always think of it as one action. That’s part of the benefit of building a dedicated device.

Unless the activation of the TW magic item is to cast a spell into the magic item, the activation time is one APM. Unless it is otherwise noted within the Magic item text. This is possible because the GM has to get involved with the creation of a TW magic item when a player character makes one.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
Each question should be give the canon answer 1st, then you can proclaim your house rules.
